Letrozole , does Amitriptyline help joint pain?

Hi amytriptaline does help nerve pain, I have been on it for years, not with hromone yet, but for pain.

The side affects ease off after few weeks, I take at night so not affected by tiredness in day unless dose too high.

it may be worth asking to be referred to pain clinic they so helpful 🙂

Like sue ..I take letrozole and find the accord brand the better. I take cod liver oil daily too.
I was prescribed amitriptyline and found I was dozy to mid day after taking it at night. It does work for some ladies well.
I have been on letrozole since October 2015.

I take letrozole and amitriptyline. It helps with sleeping and low mood. I'm not sure it helps with joint pain though. The brand I take is Accord and although I had problems initially with joint pain, it has improved after a couple of months. I take cod liver oil and Dr also recommended calcium for joints.

I was wondering if anyone takes amiltriptyline for the side effects of Letrozole....joint pain and stiffness . Does it help? Does it have its own side effects?

I have been on Letrozole since July 2015 .

Would I be better to try Exemestane instead of Letrozole?

What brand Letrozole is best?

i have tried Cipla then changed to Actavis.

I would appreciate any advice offered.
