Hi, I used to be on here regularly as AnneS but am now back as AnneC and re-registered a couple of days ago and had confirmation yesterday I was registered again for Live Chat but I’m trying to get on right now and I can’t and I’m sure I’m getting my user name and password right so don’t know why it’s not letting me on. Please can anyone help?!
