I know that you have requested an extended live chat on 8th Jan. I’ve sorted this out so we can run for an extra half and hour. Shall we start at 8.30 as usual and finish at 10pm?

That will be great! I was upset that i missed thursday’s one… But then realised that it was cancelled.
