Come and join one of our Live chat sessions. Live chat is Breast Cancer Care’s online service where you can talk to others in real time. It is facilitated by an experienced moderator and a specialist nurse who are on hand to point you to sources of help and information. But for most people, the chance to talk to others in a similar situation is what counts.
The Thursday Live chat sessions are for anyone with a diagnosis of breast cancer but they are mostly used by people with a diagnosis of primary breast cancer.
We also run a session on Tuesday evenings (8.30-9.30pm) specifically for people with a diagnosis of secondary breast cancer.
Hello
Just to let you know that tonights General Livechat is now open and will continue until 10.00 tonight. Here is a link if you would like to join us. http://www.breastcancercare.org.uk/community/chat
Sam, moderator
Sorry you’re having problems with logging into live chat. Try this link which takes you to the page where you click ‘chat now’ to the right of the page. Hope it works for you.
There will be a few changes to the general (primary) live chat sessions over the Christmas period:
There will be no live chat session on Thursday 27 December
The session will resume on Thursday 3 January at 8.30pm
From Thursday 3 January, these sessions will all be 8.30-9.30pm (instead of 9-10pm) as we’ve had feedback that an earlier start would be appreciated.
We’ll try to bump this post nearer the time, but please make a note in your diaries now.
P.S. Tomorrow’s live chat will start at 9pm as usual. Just log in here breastcancercare.org.uk/community/chat and start chatting to other people with a breast cancer diagnosis.
