Hi
I am really worried about the dye that is injected before the MRI. Will it make me feel ill or sick or anything. I have had an MRI so not worried about that but I am about the dye although they have said it is not iodine based.
Any experiences?

I have had 2 dye injections in 2 weeks. I had no adverse effect from it. I did get awfully nauseous from the local anaesthetic, though. At least, I think it was that as I had very similar reactions from my epidural when my son was born: shaking legs, headache and nausea. I hope this helps. I do suspect, like with just about everything else relating to breast cancer, that it will differ substantially from person to person.
