Interestingly, I was reading only yesterday that regular meditation results in increased melatonin levels. One reason why meditation may be important in an anti-cancer lifestyle.
Very interesting, I have had sleep wake problems for years! i also travel to the states 3 to 4 times a year! so circadian patterns disrupted alot! May be we should start a sleep or lack of thread?
