Melatonin

Hello ladies,

 

Has anyone been taking Melatonin as a supplement for sleep issues? 

I’ve been having trouble sleeping for the past few years (after kids), but it’s worse now after bc diagnosis. I’ve tried everything, and currently getting too comfortable with prescribed sleeping pills, so want to come off them…

I’ve been reading some interesting research articles that claim lack of melatonin could increase your bc risk in the first place and taking a supplement could help in the anti-cancer regime? Has anyone heard of this?
