Hi Rosie, Sorry for butting in on your thread but I was having trouble sending messages and through trial and error found out it is indeed because you can't send smileys 😊😊

After extensive googling, I finally found the problem. I had put a smiley in off my ipad keyboard and it didn't like it. Smiley removed and message now sent. 🙂

I'm trying to reply to a private message but each time I press send, I get a message in pink at the top of the screen saying 'the message you are trying to access does not exist. Please press your back button' and the message doesn't send. Help!!
