Hi Elaine, your allowed to let of steam and dont feel you need to stop crying. Some days the tears need to flow. Your post struck a chord with me, I came across my old diary from last year when I was going through my chemo and I had a lot of dark days and alot of close family members felt the brunt of my frustation in my diary !!!
You are going through a hard time just now and need to try and keep yourself o.k, I did find it a release writing down about certain situations instead of bottling it up. Our families although we love them and they love us, cannot totally understand the pain we are going through, they obviously have their own pain but not on the level we are at.
You will always find a listening ear here and anytime you need to offload someone will always have a sympathetic ear.
take care of yourself, Lorri
Mothers Hi just need to let of steam
My mother is driving me mad, i know she is 83 years old, but she can be quite evil to me at times (like today) every;thing i say or do is wrong, i find myself snapping back and then crying because i feel so guilty. I love her very much but sometimes i do not like her. I know that sounds rotten but i am struggling through each day with this BC and awaiting to see onc on 28/11 to discuss treatment . I feel so awful but today as been a bad day and just needed to off load. I live on my own but for once could not wait to get home and be on my own and sulk for a while.
Very dark sad and lonely thoughts at the moment.
Glad to know you are all out there probably suffering worse things than i am. Must stop crying and think positive.
Thanks for being there
