Hi I attended the 4 week Moving Forward course recently & the Look Good Feel Good workshop yesterday. Both were excellent - thank you to those who make these courses & workshop available.  I thank my lucky stars I was spared Chemo treatment & feel I got off lightly with only radiotherapy.
