Hi.They could see on the ultrasound that at least one node - not the sentinal one - was affected. Confirmed in later biopsy. Mastectomy and full clearance on right hand side due after chemo, if all goes well (!) in December. Good luck.
Hi bravescholar. I have just completed 6 sessions of neo-adjuvant chemo Fec-t. I am having bilateral MX in September, lymph node clearance followed by radiotherapy too. Have you had a sentinel lymph node biopsy?
I'm about to start neoadjuvant chemo, eight two-week cycles of AC-T. This is to be followed by mastectomy and full lymph node clearance, then radiation and hormone therapy. I'd like to hear from anyone else who is going through/ has gone through the same. Tks.
