I found the pain lessens, over time and now 3 and half years out, rarely do I have one and if I do, it's a shooter type. Actually, I don't mind because I feel something in that most of the time, it's the numb/non-feeling part of my chest. Wishing you a smoother ride and all the best - LB, x
Hi Duchess. When did you have surgery? I have had persistent 'phantom nipple' pains since my radical mx on 26/11! At times they have taken my breath away, but they are becoming less frequent. During the day I'm OK as long as I'm busy, but nights can be difficult with no distractions. I haven't taken any meds specifically for them, but I do know you're not moaning, they're real and painful!
Have you asked your GP or surgeon for an alternative drug?

Hi Guys. Happy and Healthy New Year to everyone.
I am really struggling with nerve ending pain which seems to be never ending (just noticed that nerve is an Anagram of never lol). Just wondered if anybody has any good ideas to reduce the pain, am on pregabalin but does not seem to be helping.
