Nerve tingling and itching post nipple reconstruction

I went through my first "back flap" reconstruction 9 years ago. Two years later, I had a nipple reconstruction, which was perfomed by cutting 3 triangles in the nipple area and folding them over to form the nipple. Since then I have had almost constant itching/tinglingin my back, which only subsides when I lie down or put pressure on the area.

I can only assume that it's nerve damage, which reflects round to my back, as that is where the nerve originates, since it's repositioning. This really is driving me mad, and I cannot even begin to list the things which I have tried, to no effect. Does anyone have experience of this, and know what I can do to ease it please?
