hi just wondering who has take ill health retirement Nhs , what your circumstances were and what tier you were awarded?
I was was awarded tier 1 I’ll health retirement in October 2013’ had bc in 2008 recurrance in 2012 with lung mets, well treated also had bilateral mastectomy and chemo. Had clear scans until September 2015 lung mets returned in lung pleura so looking at more chemo, also got fluid on the lung . I think it is appropriate to reapply for tier 2 , I have 3 years from original date to apply .
