Re: Nipple sometimes turns a bluish colour?

Thanks Anniej. It's just it turning a bit blue on occasion that is a worry. Is this seen sometimes?

Glitterycat, you do sound a little anxious about it, even though the many Consultants you have seen have reassured you it is nothing to worry about. Is there some underlying factor that makes you think you ought to worry? I think perhaps a chat with your GP re anxiety issues may be the next step for you to take. Best wishes in getting a solution. Nipple sometimes turns a bluish colour?

Does anyone have get this sometimes?

I notice sometimes my breast is "cold" when I touch it but sometimes one nipple is bluish/purple in colour ano the other is not? Should I be worried?

When I touch it or massage it, it does return to a pink colour same as my other nipple. Is this poor circulation/blood flow to breast??

I also have pcos symptoms and pain on the same side (as my breast pain) near my ovary. Does anyone else with pcos suffer constant breast and ovary pain?

I'm worried about the colour, as I've seen many consultants and they have said my pain and issues aren't of malignant nature (touches wood). It's apparently glandular to the best of their knowledge. 😕
