Hi I had rad to my middle and lower spine 5weeks ago now. The pain improved initially but last week so 4weeks afterwards the pain increased, I had been for a couple of long walks so thought maybe I’d overdone it, but a week later it’s not really any better. I was warned it gets worse before it gets better but I was told that was the first 2 weeks. I’m worried I’ve done some damage has anyone had this experience? Xx
Hi,Tracy,it may be the long walks that’s just niggled things for you. Or it could be the bones healing after the rads have shrunk the mets xxx I had bad pain when they were healing.
