Pain from tne spine mets

I get a lot of pain in the morning in my legs that softens throughout the day. I have extensive spine mets so I’m assuming it’s referred pain from there or just a se from chemo as my recent scans didn’t show anything.

Hi Margaret

I have bone mets and I had alot of pain (which led to dx of the mets) in my lower back, hip, and down my legs back in May last year.  There was a tumour on my lower spine causing spinal cord compression, this showed on the MRI and was treated as a medical emergency with lying still flat on my back until I’d 5 doses of radiotherapy - which worked like a charm, have been pain free since.

I do have stiffness in my hands when I wake up though.  I don’t know if that is more mets or side effects from anastazole.  It goes away after I give my hands a bit of a wiggle.
