Thank you so so much for replying and the kind wishes for the scans.xxxx I will let you all know

Re: Pain

Hi MaryDan  I get random boob stabbings too & then it goes away.  My Onc says it's normal, so please don't worry.  I also have the odd day when it hurts to wear a bra, really no idea why that is, so I stuff a bit of silk in my bra, which helps.  God luck for your scans xx

Pain

Hello to all my friends, I hope you are all doing as well as you can whilst going through this scary journey.

I had lumpectomy 15th august 2016  and finished my month of rads on Oct 13th. I have my oncologist appointment on Wed 30th and will go fore armed with question, but just thought I would ask you lovely folk your opinion first as I am sure some of you will have had this too.

In the past few days the breast in question has been throbbing on and off and the odd wee stabbing feeling.

I have been very fortunate in that the skin etc and wound have been fine all through rads etc so I was wondering is this normal for it to happen now? Sorry another rabble.Mary

For all you lovely ladies who have been helping me through this journey I have my mri appointments (brain and spine) for the 19thDec. That is for multiple sclerosis not the cancer and hopefully I will return to work in January.  xxxxxx
