Can I ask for some advice from ladies who have been through rads please? This morning I had my 9th session, all went well but in the last half hour I have had several very sharp pains. Over the weekend I had a few twinges but these today are quite intense, only last a few seconds but make me actually squeal out loud. Is this normal? Thanks xx
I had similar Lesley ,I think it could be the impact of the radiotherapy on the area of scar tissue after your op.Infact I continued getting shooting pains for some months after treatment ended.I would mention it to your radiographers though just in case.Jill,
