Pains, itches and numbness nine months after LD reconstruction

Hello ladies

9 months after a partial LD reconstruction, I am finding the internal itching and numbness difficult. Can’t believe that it’s recently getting worse. Pilates has helped a little and a hot shower directed at the area gives some relief but I’m struggling.

Any thoughts or experiences much appreciated. Don’t get me wrong, I feel blessed to be here and feel ok most of the time but struggling a little bit at the moment

Yes I have the same, but I am only 4 months post op. I am struggling with it, i had hoped it would get better. I am going to see my surgeon on Friday if i get any suggestions guidance i will post it on the forum
