Hi, this may seam like a stupid question but a couple of weeks ago I had what I thought was a period. I was diagnosed in July 06 and haven’t had a period since the start of chemo in Aug 06. I thought I was post menopausal and that you didn’t get periods on tamoxifen am I being dim! please help…

just wanted to mention that if you have any bleeding this long after having no periods you should get it checked out,cause there are other things that may cause bleeding not necessarily a period .Once you don’t have any period for one year you are classified as in menopause .hope this helps
I am on tamoxifen and was told that irregular bleeding ie. a period may take place and this will regulate itself through out the course of the next few years . I have not had any signs of period yet . I had a masectomy left last sept. cemo and tamoxifen and doing well so far odd days where i could scream .
