has anyone any tips to help the symptoms of chemo induced neuropathy 4 months after taxol finished ,please xx

Hi geordie I have had peripheral neuropathy in my feet and hands since I finished TAX in 2008 . Its not so bad in my hands and i don’t really notice it but my feet are quite bad, pins and needles, burning and shooting pain. I take amitriptyline also take it for arthritic pain. I was also told that exercise can help, I do walk quite a bit and am always on my feet, but feel and walk like an 80 year old sometimes not 51. Also hate wearing closed in shoes they makes it worse , I’m still wearing my summer ones at the minute lol, don’t think that will be for much longer though as the cold weather is meant to be coming later in the week
