Hi, I have been advised that I need one more saline injection then my temp implant will be replaced. The surgeon has advised this is minor day surgery and I will be off work for a week. I would be grateful if anyone who has had this procedure can advise on recovery and pain levels. I had a mastectomy with immediate Recon using LD flap in Jan this year and am dreading further pain to be honest. Many Thanks x

I think one week is optimistic. I had 2 done 16 days ago and was told not to,drive for a further 2 weeks. I,had a 3 hour surgery as I had to have significant work done on the left hand side due to complications following mastectomy last July so maybe this is why my recovery time is longer!
