My OH had surgery in April to remove a fibroadenoma from her breast. Since then she has suffered with pins and needles/numbness from under her breasts to her toes. She has been to her doctor who has said that this is normal (really?) and it could take 6 monthsfor the feeling to return. She has had blood tests which have come back normal and now her doctor has referred her to have a neurological examination. She is obviously extremely worried that this could be the start of something like MS but I think it is no coincidence that this started immediately after her operation.
Could anybody give us any advice/guidance/reassurance regarding this.
