Hi following a period of radio to my spine I’m doing a lot of bed rest. As I’m moving around as well I didn’t then expect to find the beginnings of a pressure sore on my coccyx region this morning! Any advice on treating this myself or is it down the docs Monday (faffy as restricted movement so may not be able to get down there).
