Question? I had widespread DCIS in 2004 with no invasion. Had my check up this week and a small lump was found under mastectomy side arm. I knew it was there but thought it was scar tissue. Turns out it is a lymph gland. I had it scanned and go back for the results this week.
I am not too worried but there is a tiny bit of doubt in my mind!
Has anyone had bc return in the arm pit after a dcis diagnosis and mastectomy? Just want to know if it is a possibility so I am prepared for anything!
