Hi. A year ago I had an allergic reaction to my birth control which sent me to the ER. About a month later I noticed a small raised white mark on my breast. I went to see my doctor and she said she didn’t think it was anything. She said to keep and eye on it. So I have been. It has not changed in any way in the past year but every time I look in the mirror or get undressed i worry. Going to a new doctor after the holiday but i can’t stop thinking about it. Just looking for support.

As its worrying you, you’re doing the right thing by getting it checked again to put your mind at rest. Its far better to get an answer, rather than be anxious unnecessarily.
