Thanks for your suggestion Carrie93. I haven't tried milkshakes I mainly drink, fresh juices and have tried ginger nut biscuits which are too sweet.I'll take on board your suggestion and let you know how i get on.
Hi have you tried milk shakes and digestive biscuits I found they were quite good. My friend had it too and nothing worked for her but I wasn't too bad. It all goes back to normal after. She was a big lady and lost 3 stone so she was quite happy, she's put it all back on though.hope you are ok.
