I had mastectomy, LD flap reconstruction and two weeks later ALND around 4 months ago. My armpit is still tight and sore but worse is the lump on my side which feels heavy and sore. There is an obvious deep ridge at the bra line where lump starts so still wearing post op compression bra. Can anyone tell me whether this is normal and how long it takes for the swelling to reduce to normal flat side? Docetaxel chemo has made it feel even tighter.
