Does anyone know what treatment I may consider or be offered for a recurrence in axilla? Have SBC in liver (which is still under the radar after 19 cycles of herceptin and pertuzumab). Two nodes enlarged 6 months after a clear CT. I’m HER2+ thanks x

Sorry to hear you have learnt you have enlarged lymph nodes. Although I don’t have anything useful to add regrading treatment I was wondering if you have has a biopsy done? If the nodes aren’t responding to H and P maybe the BC has changed receptor status? Hope you get some other answers soon and also that a treament plan is sorted soon for you.

Is that possible, I mean positive to negative? I find it weird that my liver is unchanged (hasn’t progressed) and my chest is clear, but the nodes have enlarged after shrinking totally with docetaxol. I obviously need to read up on the characteristics of cancer…
