SCARED like never before also have faulse breasts

Hi I am 36 found a hard lumpy mass and discharge after my breast pain for a week.
I have faulse breasts and have had them for 8years now.
my left br is sunken and implant also mis shaped.
gp said on thurs she wasn't pleased and was referring me to br clinic.
Any advice appreciated I am sooo scared its unreal.
ANy one else got faulse br and experienced similar?
I live in south wales
