To discuss how to access the group you would need to talk in private with someone who is already a member. Hi, I use a variety of 'tools' from my tool box to cope with different challenges of the incurable diagnosis of secondary breast cancer. In the online world I use the BCC and macmillan forums and find them to be amazing sources of up to date information. I use the secret sbc facebook group for day to day emotional/social support because I can be confident that my postings don't show anywhere (not even on my fb timeline) and that the only other people in the group are also in the same position as me.
