i am trying to reply to someone who I have been communicating with over the last few days, via PM, and when I try to send I get the message ‘the message you are trying to access does not exist please press your back button’. I have tried composing a new one to this person, and all sorts of things, but I can’t seem to be able to send one.
Ok I’ve read another thread on this, is appears you can’t add a’smiley’. I have removed it and it has now sent.

I am very sorry that you have been having issues with private messaging. As Jobey68 has said we have found out that this is due to a problem which occurs when a user sends emoticons in their private message.
This has taken quite a long time to sort out and we apologise for that. We are in talks with the provider and are now hopefully closer to resolving the issue.
