Thanks Hazelmary,
I am taking Lansaperole, which is probably similar to yours. I have upped the dosage to 2 a day, to see if it helps. I never know whether to tell these problems to my BC team/GP/Gasterentologist/Gynaecologist. Unfortunately I am seeing all of them at present.
Thanks once again for your help.

Hello
I have been on Letrozole for over 4 years and indigestion is one of my main problems and acid reflux. For acid relux I take omeprazole every morning which also sorts out my indigestion. I would visit your GP for advice but it could well be due to stress which I think a lot of mine is probably.

Ladies,
I am on Letrozole too coming up for a year soon. I am currently experiencing severe indegestion and other gastro problems (to be fair i did have this before bc dx to a degree, but it has been very bad for a couple of months now). I too have wrist/finger/feet pain.
For those that have these problems too, could you suggest what/who i might tell.
I am also waiting for a operation to remove a 'cyst' in my right ovary, it is approx 6". - They are not certain what it is yet. I have had an MRI
So, all in all I am not feeling too well.
Thanks
I've been on Letrozole for 6 months and initially had quite severe pain in my bones particularly in my legs. That gradually disappeared but I still have pain in my hands, elbows , shoulder and neck. I already had sero-negative arthritis and osteo-arthritis so my Oncologist suggested a re-referral to rheumatology. I saw them last week, have now been given tramadol for the pain and a tablet to help me sleep so I can cope better with pain during the day. After less than a week on this new regime I'm already feeling more in control and able to cope. It will be interesting to see what the rheumatologist says when I see him again in 4 weeks time as he's done loads of blood tests and x-rays of my hands to check if it is Letrozole related pain or a deterioration of my arthritis.
