Re: Sleeping pills

I've been on zopiclone for years now. Thoroughly addicted, and I certainly cannot sleep without them. However as I have secondaries, that is not a matter of any great concern to me. I certainly never have any trouble sleeping

Re: Sleeping pills

hi, my gp gave me Zopiclone for nights but I only took half a tablet to see how it affedted me and had a great sleep - not zonked out, still woke in the night but felt rested, and then the following night I took a whole one - that was it - enough to get me sleeping nr normal again, mary x

Re: Sleeping pills

Hi, I have had problems sleeping and take 50 mg of amytryptelline at night. It is an anti depressant rather than a sleeping pill so no risk of addiction. I have found it works well but when you visit your gp ask advice.

Sleeping pills

Hi, just wondered what you have been prescribed and how effective they are and how you feel the next day? - I am desperate for sleep and tried all non prescription things, dont drink tea, coffee, cola and do 15 miles every day on my bike and dont eat after 6pm so now need to see GP but want to go with an idea of what actually works!
