Morning,
Has anyone else had sore eyes. Mine are burning and running, it was really bad last night I couldnt keep them open they were so sore Now they are starting running again. I’ve put cold tea on them and it eased a bit.

Hello Lumpytits - you have probably got conjunctivitis. I got this during the last cycle of chemotherapy and it’s probably not unusual. It eventually goes away on its own, but in the meantime bathing your eyes with cold water or tea as you are doing helps. You can also get eye drops from your local chemist - ask the pharmacist for advice. Hope this helps.
Hi, someone told me that chemo can affect the tear ducts, im pretty sure it’s not conjunctivitis but thanks. The tea eased the burning and I’ve been rubbing forever living aloe vera lip balm around them and that’s really helped. Have a fab fay ?Thanks xx
