Hi my name is Sarah. I had my first FEC chemo a week ago using the cold cap. I managed to get through the 3 days of sickness with all the drugs and so far not too bad. I’m but looking forward to the next one but at least I know what to expect. I feel hungry all the time is that to be expected? Hi Sarah, well done on getting the first one under your belt, as unpleasant as it is I used to look forward to mine as I wanted it over with. Yes it is normal to feel hungry all the time, very few people lose weight on chemo! I would say just eat what you fancy when you fancy it, you can work on eating healthy when you’re feeling better.
