Is this unusual? Just been diagnosed 2 months and they started talking about surgery straight away but by the next week they had decided to put me on Letrozole to try to shrink. Got two tumours thought they’d told me one was grade 1 one grade 2 but now I’m told they can’t tell you this till surgery. Anyway lost my marbles - no cognitive function after only 3 weeks on letrozole so now on anastrozole. Never been any good with no oetrogen. Sorry to be such a whimp knowing if anybody else was started straight on hormone blockers but would really appreciate,
