Hello ladies, wondered if anyone else was still lactose intolerant months after chemo and how long it lasted for? Before chemo I could get away with watching the amount of dairy I ate, but now because I can’t digest it very well, it’s sooo much worse . I can’t find much info about time scales and eating it to find out is not much fun! So if anyone has any experience/advice I’m all ears.
