hi had strattice mesh reconstruction a week ago, all seems ok apart from the pain near breast bone/ pressure which is meant to be normal. I had drain out on Friday but the breast seems swollen and more flat/oblong looking today.Specialist said on Friday it got a lot of settling to do. But just concern about the flatten swollen look.

Hi Hay123, Iv had the same suegery and symptoms, Get it checked out as sometimes the fluid can get trapped - which could give you pain. The implant needs time to settle and i have been told this can take 6 weeks or more - dependent on the individual.

Is it an expander implant or a regular silicon implant - when i had the strattice plus expander it did look a funny shape - now it has been exchanged to silicon it looks like a normal shaped boob
