Had my mastectomy and lymph nodes removed 5 Dec - yesterday the burning sensation started under my arm and it is not nice! It gets to the point where you dont want to move because of the burning sensation. Have an appointment with the breast care team tomorrow but really not sure if there is anything that will relieve the burning sensation. Does anybody know what might relieve the feeling or is a time issue? x

I am 5 weeks post op mastectomy, reconstruction with expander and had all nodes removed even though 1 was only effected, now I have a constant pain like very bad sunburn where my clothes rub off it. Anyone experience this? And what can I do to improve it, is there anything I can rub to it, or take. I'm worried will it be like this long term, I don't think I could cope with that !
