Swollen lymph node under arm

i find out next week on 25th in afternoon .. was drama over appointment but sorted now. So hopefully they are on time but last time was running 1. 45 mins behind. Hoping this isnt case when i go as bad enough appointments at 3.10pm
So kinda 3 days to, had surgery last fri (14th)

I went to clinic for lump in right breast which is now removed but I have swollen nodes under both arms, they tested under right arm. Now awaitin results x
They will check both breasts / under both arms if in doubt mention it to them

Ok I cant seem to find an answer to this on Dr.Google so can anyone help? I have been referred to breast clinic for my right breast. Today I have been getting similar but much less painful plains in my left breast but my main worry is I have found a small lump under my armpit on my left arm (opposite side to breast in question). does this underarm lump mean problems with my other breast now or could it still be related to my right breast?
I really hope that all made sense lol.
