TN and can't have chemo

Hi, was diagnosed on 9th October and had a double mastectomy on 19th nov with planned chemo and then rads. I now can't have chemo because of other medication I have been taking for crohns, I am very worried that not having the chemo there will be greater chances of it returning somewhere else. Anybody had/have TN and not having chemo?.
