I've enjoyed reading your posts over the years. I should reach my 5 years in December, but I don't think I shall feel ready to leave the forum. I don't log on here every day but I still feel the need to come back fairly often.

Five years of regular check ups does bring some peace of mind.

Do you mind if I ask you if you'll transfer to every three years or do you wish to keep up the annual mammogram privately?

Good for you Val. I'm still lurking here, and have told myself that I will quit when I get to five years (currently at 4 1/2), although I am now running the London marathon for Cancer Research UK which is a little after my five years so will probably stay till after that.

I promised myself that if I had a clear 5 year check and mammo I would try to move on from these forums.They have been a wonderful support in so many ways from the helpline[especially in the early days] to the many wonderful individuals I have 'met' both here and in real life.I hope I will continue to see the Shropshire Lasses sometimes.
I have also lost some folks along the way-long mourned and much missed.
So thanks for everything.I may well read from time to time but for me on here this is [hopefully] The Last Post.
