Thanks for the reply. Sadly not. i should have said it was given alongside doxorubicin, the chemo agent, in the trial. We have so little offered as a hope for TN, so I am definitely trying it. Also take flaxseed oil. I know that helps my bloods. My onc is happy with it and I will ask him about rosehip too. My mum gave it to us daily as children. X

Hello to all fellow TNBC ladies. I came across a recent report that rosehip extract has been shown to decrease tnbc cell proliferation by up to 50%. Google and read science daily report. So..... Has anyone else read about this? I decided to buy some today as I saw it in Boots. You can also get higher strength extract in pill form online. People have used it for years to reduce joint pain, for example. I am unclear what the dosage is. It says in the report that 1mg/ 1ml is the dose which achieves 50% decrease. How does that translate to the well known high street brand which on back of pot says each tablet contains 187.5mg rosehip extract? Anyone understand this kind of thing? I for one am happy to give them a try for a while, alongside Eribulin. Would be very grateful to hear your views on it and how much to take in tablet form. Am unclear what the correlation to mls is.
