I have had a diagnosis of a local recurrence- had a DCIS over 10 years ago.
Am now dealing with the new diagnosis of local recurrence in the mastectomy scar.
However I am experiencing vaginal dryness, at the moment nothing seems to be working, tried replens, sylk, hyalofemme.
Does anyone have any other ideas what I can use? I know I have to process that my cancer has returned, but really I don’t think I should be having to have to deal with this as well…aarrggh!,

Sorry to hear about your problems. Have you started taking any new medicines since your recurrence? Letrozole or similiar will cause vaginal dryness.
I had the same problem when I was taking letrozole and now because of the menopause. Have you tried pjur med silicone glide? This was the only product that worked for me and I am still using it and it has made a huge difference. I just need something to bump up the libido!
