Vascular Invasion and hormone treatment

I’m asking this question on behalf of someone else. Does anyone  know if hormone treatment (Tamoxifen) would get rid of vascular invasion without having chemo?

I don’t know for definite but initially surgeon didn’t think I had VI and i was supposed to just have radiotherapy and tamoxifen. The pathology report showed VI present so chemotherapy advised incase any stray cells had entered blood stream. As far as I know tamoxifen wouldn’t get rid of vascular invasion. If you find out otherwise please let me know as I really don’t want chemotherapy !

i would say no to that(but not certain) i was made to believe that chemo should get rid of  LVI as it means cells could of entered the blood stream and thats what chemo is for stray cells…please also correct me if i am wrong.x

Heard a lot about Vascular Invasion but never tried to know more about it, so can you explain me in deatail what it is.
