Has anyone used this to help with hair growth and nails? I’ve read quite a bit about it and the reports appear to be good. You can get it in Holland and Barratt.
Also, does anyknow if we are allowed to take vitamins etc whilst having chemotherapy?

I took Holland and Barretts hair/nail/skin vitamins and i took vit c and calcium, I ask my Oncologist and he said if i was eating healthily!!! but i wasn’t eating very much full stop during chemo
My onc comment how well my nails and hair and come back when i saw him at a 3 month post chemo check

We always advise that before taking anything other than has been prescribed for you to check with your medical team first just to make sure it’s okay.
