Hello everyone, I have had a dull ache in my left breast over a year. I went to docs they dismissed it as nothing with the advice of taking ibuprofen. It’s gotten worse and I’ve discovered a lump (not sure if stupidly the pain is worse because I’ve been prodding and poking) I am going to breast clinic Friday 13th (such luck) I am absolutely terrified I am 30 with a 5year old boy who is my life and I am so scared that the pain has been happening for so long that it’s gonna be bad bad news
Please someone who’s been there any reassurance is appreciated

Hi claire, sorry to hear your situation, I have pain and discharge no lump off to clinic today for test, however 2 years ago had pain and lump turned out to be hormones, I know the waiting is hard. but support on here is greatx
