Why do they make things so difficult for patients?
You have to spend ages phoning to try find out when your appointments are, and where they are. And you have to keep phoning up to to make sure the dates or times haven’t changed (often they do change, but no bothers to contact you).
You have to find out for yourself who to phone and what their phone numbers are.
As well as taking up lots of time, it creates unnecessary anxiety and stress at a time you don’t need it. You don’t want to miss an appointment because its changed and no one has told you or have a wasted journey.
It must waste staff time as well.

This all sounds rather bad, do you have a breast care nurse? If so I would contact her and explain what is going on I am sure she would help sort this out.
